Production Manager

We’re looking for somebody passionate about production with experience in the field who can oversee our in growing in house production unit. 

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing  the production team and liaising with merchandising, sales and ecommerce to improve and develop production of new and existing products. 

The right person should have experience managing, organising and motivating teams to work to targets and hit deadlines. Ideally the person will have some relevant experience with short, medium and longer term planning to make sure production runs smoothly.

Salaries are competitive and above the real living wage for Manchester.

Production Supervisor

We’re looking for somebody passionate about production with some supervisory or management experience either in the field or out of it, who can supervise our growing in-house production unit.

The role will be hands-on, the successful candidate will be diligent, hardworking, focused and with excellent communication skills. Sewing or production experience would be helpful.

Sewing Machinist 

We’re looking for people with an interest in garments and their construction to come and join us in our in-house production unit. A basic level of sewing is required, however full training will be given. 

The successful candidates should have good communication skills, be focused, organised and willing to work hard as part of a team to meet deadlines and targets. 

Salaries are competitive and in line with or above the real living wage for Manchester depending upon experience, however the work will be casual initially, but opportunities for progression will be available for those who impress with their work ethic, positive attitude, attention to detail.

Production + Logistical Assistant

We’re looking for people to help provide assistance in both our in-house production unit and fulfillment centre. The role will be hands-on, with tasks relatively simple and repetitive in nature, so an ability to find joy in somewhat monotonous tasks would be helpful.

Merchandiser

We are looking for an experienced merchandiser to join our team. The successful candidate should have intimate knowledge of garments, be used to communicating with factories, both domestic and abroad. 

They should be able to deal with tech packs, including constructing them and dissecting them where necessary. 

They should be able to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment and be more than able to work to deadlines. Their ability to command a spreadsheet and work with software to manage levels of inventory should be on point. 

Fluency in extra languages, in particular Portuguese would be a bonus.

We are looking for somebody good with numbers, well organised and with a good attention to detail to help assist with the day to day financial operations of a growing business. Whilst some experience would be helpful, full training will be provided so it’s not essential. The duties will include but are not limited to:

We are looking for somebody with experience in finance to oversee the financial aspects of a growing business. The role will include a mix of day to day duties alongside more complex tasks such as forecasting, budgeting and more. They will be responsible for using financial and accounting software to create reports and ensure the smooth running and financial health of the business. Social Media and Digital Marketing Assistant

We are looking for someone to come and join us in our offices in Manchester on a 3 month paid internship. The successful candidate should have a passion for social media, including, but not limited to: 

-instagram

-facebook

-pinterest 

Their communication skills should be ace and their knowledge of sustainability, the clothing industry and all that should be bang on. 

They will be responsible for curating social media feeds, stories and communicating through the available channels. They will also be partly responsible for communicating with customers throughout the order process, including after care. 

As an additional skill to develop, the successful candidate will be trained up on paid social media so they will learn a highly useful skill. 

Assuming the internship is successful, there will be the opportunity for a full time job at the end of the 3 month period.
